The following Terms and Conditions (also referred to as the “Agreement”) were last updated on January 29, 2025 and have been in effect since January 26, 2014. ShiftingMart is a trusted brand working as a “Service Aggregator,” owned and managed by Easy My Shift.

This Agreement is a mutual understanding between “You” (the User/Visitor) and ShiftingMart (the Online Service Aggregator). The terms “You,” “Your,” “User,” or “Visitor” refer to anyone accessing ShiftingMart.com or any part of it for browsing, inquiry, or use of services.

  • All Users are considered individuals accessing, browsing, or using the Website for personal or business purposes.
  • By using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions without exception.
  • If any User or Service Provider does not agree to these Terms, they should not access or use this Website in any way.
  1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms clearly outline the rights, responsibilities, and limitations for all Users regarding the use of ShiftingMart.com, its Mobile App, classified ads, email functionalities, and links to third-party websites. The Terms apply to:

  • All domains and sub-domains under ShiftingMart.com (the “Website” or “Site”).
  • All Users, including Service Providers and Service Seekers.
  • Contributors of any content, advertisements, multimedia, or messages published on the Website.

By registering, browsing, or contributing to the Website, you accept these Terms fully by clicking “I have read and agree to the Terms of Use.” This acceptance confirms:

  • You are either a Service Provider or a Service User.
  • You agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions.
  • You acknowledge and accept all policies mentioned across the Website.
  1. Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website and its services in compliance with the law.

  1. User Conduct and Content Usage

Users are prohibited from uploading or sharing inappropriate content. This includes:

  • No uploading or distributing multimedia or data that violates policies.

  • No publishing private information of Service Providers or Users without consent.

Posting means submitting any content to the Website or third-party sites. Submitted Content refers to material already posted on the Website or other platforms.

Commitment: ShiftingMart shares details of up to 4 Service Providers with a customer. If a customer chooses services outside this list, ShiftingMart is not responsible for those providers.

  1. Misrepresentation and Impersonation

Users must not:

  • Misrepresent their identity or impersonate others.
  • Share false, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Promote illegal, plagiarized, or harmful material.
  • Engage in spam, chain letters, malware, or virus circulation.
  • Threaten, harass, discriminate, or defame individuals or groups.
  1. No Discriminatory Content

All content on the Website must be neutral and non-discriminatory. Any discriminatory or offensive material will be removed immediately without notice.

  1. Feedback Policy

Users must provide fair, honest, and unbiased feedback. Misuse of the feedback system, including threats, biased reviews, or false praise, may result in suspension or removal of privileges.

Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes regarding feedback, ShiftingMart reserves the right to edit or remove such content.

Registered Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and any activities under their account. Misuse, false registration, or unauthorized access will result in termination.

Account Compliance: Users must not copy, distribute, misuse, or scrape Website data without permission.

  1. Responsibilities of ShiftingMart
  • ShiftingMart acts only as an intermediary between Service Providers and Users.
  • We are not responsible for financial transactions, negotiations, refunds, or disputes between parties.
  • We reserve the right to update, remove, or modify content at any time without prior notice.
  1. Service Provider Obligations

Service Providers are solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of services offered and timely delivery.
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable laws including IT Act, Money Laundering Laws, and Consumer Protection Acts.
  • Protecting user data and ensuring no misuse occurs.
  1. Refund Policy

Easy My Shift reserves the right to approve refunds under specific conditions such as failed transactions, cancellations, or errors. Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7 business days of approval.

  • Refunds are not applicable in cases of delays, strikes, natural calamities, or events beyond our control.
  • Bank-related issues (failed or pending credits) must be resolved directly with the bank.

Liability Disclaimer: ShiftingMart shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control or additional expenses caused by third-party actions.
