Returns and Refunds Policy
ShiftingMart & Service Providers

Effective Date: May 22, 2025

This policy governs returns and refunds exclusively for payments made by service providers (“Partners”) to ShiftingMart for service listing, membership, promotions, or other platform fees. It does not apply to end customers. We dont charge end Customers.

1. Listing & Subscription Fees

All fees paid to ShiftingMart by a Partner for listing their business, subscribing to premium packages, or purchasing promotional services are generally non-refundable once the listing or service has gone live on the ShiftingMart portal.
Cancellations requested before activation or service commencement may be considered for a full or partial refund at ShiftingMart’s sole discretion.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:
- Technical or operational error by ShiftingMart resulting in partner service not being published, promoted, or accessible as promised.
- Duplicate payments or billing mistakes proven by transaction documentation.
- Cancellation by ShiftingMart prior to service listing or commencement.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment or issue discovery.

3. Refund Process

Partners should email partners@shiftingmart.com with payment details, business ID, and refund reason.
All valid requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Change of mind after listing or activation.
Lack of response or bookings from customers (ShiftingMart does not guarantee leads/orders).
Failure to comply with platform policies resulting in suspension or removal.
Disputes submitted after the 7-day window.
